RxVantage is designed to improve the exchange of knowledge and ideas between medical providers and medical sales reps to improve patient care and save time. RxVantage.com is a free software platform that enables medical offices to easily manage their interactions with pharmaceutical and medical reps. Providers sign up, set their office rules, and then reps can schedule their visits online through RxVantage, saving money and time while also helping to eliminate hassles for both reps and providers.

Save time

It will only take you a few minutes to implement RxVantage in your office, but it will likely save you and your staff that much time every day.  Simply hand our brochures to your reps when they want to book, and your job is done.  They book the appointment online without distracting anyone in your office, and we'll remind them to confirm it as well.  If they cancel, we'll alert your other reps of the opportunity.  Nothing for you to do except look to see who's confirmed what appointment.  Unless you want to request samples, which requires 10 seconds and 2 clicks.  How long did it take you to track those down before?

Eliminate last minute cancellations and no-shows.

Reps may schedule appointments up to a year in advance, but must confirm them online between 2 weeks and 3 days prior to the appointment date. If they fail to do so, the system automatically cancels the appointment and makes it available to all the other reps that visit your office. You’ll virtually never have another cancelled appointment.

Sample Drugs on Request

How many times have you been out of a particular sample and had to sort through a pile of outdated business cards looking for the right rep? Now you’ll have a constantly updated list of all reps – and know which products they carry! You can find and request those needed sample drugs directly through RxVantage.

Manage Your Favorite (and Least Favorite) Reps

RxVantage knows that not all reps are created equal. If a rep has crossed the line one too many times and your providers no longer wish to see that rep, simply add them to the blacklist, and they’ll be prevented from booking future appointments. And the front desk will be spared any unpleasant confrontations.
