How much does it cost?

RxVantage is completely free for medical providers!

How do you make money? 

While we are completely free for medical providers, and have a free version for medical reps, we also have a premium version that we charge pharmaceutical and medical companies for if they want their reps to use it. The premium version is optional and is never required for any rep.

What is the difference between the premium and free version for reps? 

All reps, regardless of whether they are premium or free, are allowed to view and book appointments with  all office according to office rules. The advanced functionality – such as team functions and RxAlerts, are available only to premium reps. This chart illustrates some of these differences.

How long does it take to register?

This will vary based on the number of providers in your office and the number of appointments you currently have booked and wish to upload to RxVantage. The basic registration process takes about 5 minutes.  Registration for an office with 4 providers and an average number of pre-existing appointments takes about 15 to 20 minutes.

Can I load my currently booked appointments to RxVantage? 

Absolutely! Many providers told us that they wanted to get their current appointments transferred to RxVantage, so we created an easy upload wizard that you can use when you register. Once your registration is complete, you can throw out your old paper calendar and use RxVantage only!

How will my reps know to use RxVantage? 

The simplest answer is, tell them! We will provide you with as many pamphlets as you’d like , as well as a sticker for you to place in your window. If you would like, we can send an email to all of the reps that call on your office (you provide the emails) and tell them about it. The reps will also hear about it from a bunch of other offices in your area. You can expect a few bumps during the brief transition, but these should be minor and end quickly.

Are all reps allowed to use RxVantage? 

We have reps from more than eighty pharmaceutical and medical companies currently using RxVantage. The free version ensures that no one has to pay that doesn’t want to (or whose company won’t reimburse them).

What if my reps don’t want to use RxVantage?

The simple fact is that reps are in your office to sell you a product and should do so only on your terms. The vast majority of reps love RxVantage once they get to know it, because we save them time and give them a great deal of additional opportunity by recapturing appointments that would otherwise have gone unfilled due to last minute cancellations and no-shows. There will always be a few people who don’t like change and resist it, but we’ve found in the last two years that some of the reps that love RxVantage the most were initially opposed. All they needed to do was learn what we did for them, and they started to love it.

I have a promotion code. How do I redeem it?

Register for RxVantage. On the first page of registration, there will be a field for the code. Enter it as requested, complete the registration process, upload your pre-existing appointments and begin booking new appointments with RxVantage.

I’ve never heard of you before. Where did you come from?

We’ve been used by hundreds of offices for the past two years. We’re now expanding our coverage area and adding thousands of new doctors to our system.
