How does RxVantage provide me with more opportunities with my offices?
RxVantage provides you with many unique ways to seize more opportunities within your participating offices. The main opportunities come from the following 2 sources:
- Real-time alerts about new appointment openings give you visibility into your offices that was impossible prior to RxVantage. Grab last-minute appointments so you can get into an office in 3 days instead of waiting 6 months or a year.
- Offices find RxVantage so easy to use that they create more openings for reps to book, increasing the opportunities for you and the entire rep community.
What types of appointments can I schedule through RxVantage?
RxVantage enables you to book the same types of appointments you are used to booking under the old pen and paper system. The most common types of appointments are those that require advance coordination, often due to an accompanying meal (i.e. in-office breakfast or lunch).
Do I have to contact RxVantage to schedule appointments?
You DO NOT have to contact RxVantage to book appointments with your offices. You can access their calendars DIRECTLY via your RxVantage account and book any appointment that is available to you. We are here to support you whenever you need it (24x7), but we don't want to hear from you otherwise :).
Can I still visit my offices outside of my scheduled appointments?
We understand that flexibility is critical to the success of your job, so we do not aim to affect the unscheduled visits you make to offices throughout your day. In fact, we encourage offices to leave that access the same, or improve upon it. We do, however, provide you with the tools to search for the best times to visit your offices outside of scheduled appointments.
Is RxVantage going to act as a middleman, or come in between me and my offices?
RxVantage is not a middleman and will in no way get in between you and your offices. We provide a software platform that enhances the relationship between offices and reps by improving communication and efficiencies, but the communication always takes place directly between offices and reps.
Do I have to provide my credit card to register?
No. You are never required to enter your credit card information. If you decide to purchase premium features, then you will need a credit card, but this is never required.
RxVantage is free, so how do you make money?
RxVantage makes money through subscription services to our Premium version, advertising, and sponsorship. Though they are never required to do so, most reps choose to upgrade to RxVantage Premium.
What is the difference between Premium and Lite?

Do I get more access to offices if I pay for Premium?
No. Access to offices is controlled by the offices, not RxVantage. Whether you use Lite or Premium, access to appointments is Exactly identical.
Do I have to download the software to my computer?
No. RxVantage is a web-based software platform, so there is nothing to download and you can access it from any internet connected device.
Does RxVantage guarantee that I will see a provider when I book via www.RxVantage.com?
RxVantage does not guarantee that you will see a provider when you book via www.RxVantage.com.
