Introducing RxVantage Virtual Meetings

First and most importantly, we want to thank all of you for everything you are doing to serve us, our families and our communities, today and always.

With new social distancing protocols, and the broader impact of the pandemic, we understand that your access to life science experts has been severely limited or even completely cut off. Even amidst the chaos, our community of practices tells us they want to meet online with experts in order to keep up with the latest product developments and treatment protocols. The problem is that they don’t have a great way to do this. They are being overwhelmed by a flood of emails and phone calls from reps and companies, each requesting that the practice use a unique and disparate video platform to engage with them.

It has always been our mission to make these interactions as seamless as possible, so we’re solving this problem.

This week, we launched Virtual Meetings, hassle-free video conferencing for practices and life science experts. RxVantage is built for efficiency, and Virtual Meetings are no different. Scheduling, reminders, and logistics are fully automated and, as with any RxVantage meeting, custom practice policies are built into the system. Simply put; with RxVantage Virtual Meetings, practices can focus on education, not logistics. Care teams and life science experts will enjoy one consistent and reliable way to meet, through a tool built for these critical education exchanges.

A few highlights of Virtual Meetings

– No software to install. Virtual Meetings are entirely web-based. Secure links allow you and your guests to join a Virtual Meeting directly in your preferred web browser.
– Joining a meeting is simple. Launch or join any Virtual Meeting with a single click. Every Virtual Meeting generates a unique, secure meeting link and is available in your RxVantage calendar or email reminder. One-click and you’re in!
– Customizable preferences. You can quickly add your practice protocols and code of conduct, identify staff invited to a meeting for Virtual Meetings.
– Secure. Virtual Meetings always take place over a secure connection and your meeting is not recordable by any party, including RxVantage. Access controls, encrypted video transport, unique meeting IDs, role-based permissions, and more deliver the security you expect.
– No cost. RxVantage, including Virtual Meetings, is a free service. We hope to quickly ease your access to life science experts at this time, to improve patient care.

Your options

For current customers, you (or we) can quickly convert any existing appointments to Virtual Meetings, or add new Virtual Meetings to your calendar. As part of the process, our team can also inform your life science experts who had previously booked those meetings.
