Child Neurology Consultants considers RxVantage a game changer for their practice
At Child Neurology Consultants of Austin, the only question site manager Suzanna Lee has regarding scheduling rep visits is ‘why didn’t they try RxVantage sooner.’
Prior to using RxVantage, Suzanna juggled three practices’ rep visits on top of her many other day-to-day tasks operating the workflow of her practice.
“We see 25-30 reps per month between our three sites,” Suzanna said. “I used to have to book each rep individually and update a shared calendar. Then I’d have to send the reps a calendar invite and a reminder before the visit.”
Nowadays, RxVantage handles all of that for her.
“RxV has been a game changer for me since I took the responsibility of scheduling all reps for all three sites,” Suzanna said. “All of the information I would previously send to reps (meal headcount, dietary needs, food allergies, which providers would be available, etc…) is already a part of each site’s profile in the platform.”
RxVantage has also made communicating which providers are available for rep visits much easier.
“Our providers move around from site to site, and I’m able to list who will be at each site on any given day,” Suzanna explained. “Reps can see all that information in the platform and if they have any questions, they can message me using the messaging feature. The messaging feature is great because I don’t have to give out my phone number anymore.”
“RxVantage has freed me up to do my job, and I can actually enjoy rep visits instead of dreading the constant emails and phone calls and stopping by my office to schedule,” Suzanna said. “I used to do it all with a smile, but now I am really smiling knowing RxV is doing it for me.”
